Information to Remember:

bullet Lost/stolen cards: If the credit card is lost or stolen, you need to contact the credit card company directly by phoning 800-449-7728. A card will be reissued, and you will need to request a new pin number.  A replacement fee =  $10.00.

bullet Member Service contact number is 1-866-820-3798.
bullet Payments: Payments may be dropped off at either office or mailed, or you may use InfoLink  (see below) to make your payments via the internet.
bullet Delinquent/Late: If your status is delinquent or late the balance is below the member’s limit. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged.
bullet Name changes: After you change your name on your VBSFCU account, you must sign a "Same Name Affidavit" (forms are located with the Member Services Representative).
bullet Charging over-the-limit: Few members realize this, but if they charge more than their limit, they are assessed an over-limit fee of $25.00 each month. This fee is assessed each month until balance is below normal limit.

Now, with the click of a mouse, you can view important information about your credit card account balances, available balances, available credit, current and past statements, and transactions since your last statement. In addition, InfoLink allows you to make payments automatically via the Internet. No postage or checks; everything is handled electronically. Call 1-800-654-7728 with any InfoLink questions.
