Our guidelines help assure VBSFCU’s donations are used in ways that best serve the majority of our membership. These guidelines may not cover every possibility, special need or opportunity, and VBSFCU may make exceptions when considering donations.
How do I ask VBSFCU to support my organization or event?
Submit your donation requests on the organization’s letterhead at least 90 days in advance, and be sure to include the following information:
Please provide details of the event’s marketing plan including publicity.
Will your organization allow us to send a direct mail piece to your membership and employees/volunteers announcing our contribution? If yes, how many members and employees/volunteers do you have?
Requests from VBSFCU employees should disclose the requestor’s affiliation with the organization/event and any known affiliations within the organization with our senior management, CEO, or volunteers.
