The Bonney Road branch will close at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 17 to replace the air conditioning unit on the building. The Salem road office will be open. All electronic access will be available.
How to Connect with Us:
We are pleased to inform you VBSFCU will reopen the Salem Road branch lobby for all transactions starting Monday, June 29 for members as part of our "phase in" reopening approach.
The Bonney Road branch lobby will only be open for Member Service activities only. All Bonney Road teller transactions will still be served at the drive thru.
Per the Governor's mandate, no one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19 or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted to enter.
We require all members and employees to wear face masks before entering any branch lobby and we will be limiting the number of members allowed entry at any one time. You may be asked to briefly lower your mask for identification.
Hands must be sanitized upon entry. Hand sanitizing liquid is available for use by all at the entry point of both branches.
You will note as you visit a branch sneeze guards at the Member Service Specialist desks, greeter station and teller lines. Thank you for your cooperation as we work hard to keep you and our staff safe.

We have encouraged all staff and members to be extremely mindful of personal prevention habits and to take any signs of illness seriously by seeking medical attention as needed. The health and well-being of our VBSFCU members, employees, and their families remain a top priority.

VBSFCU is also working with our custodial providers and staff to ensure branches receive thorough cleanings throughout the day and after business hours that follow CDC guidelines.

Yes! During these times, 24-hour service by online banking, mobile banking, Infoline Telephone Banking, and ATMs will be available.
Do You Close During Inclement Weather?
During inclement weather in Hampton Roads, your Credit Union does its best to open as soon as possible. In the event of severe weather, we consider the travel safety of our members and staff.
Is There a General Rule You Follow?
Yes, generally, when Virginia Beach City Public Schools close due to weather conditions, VBSFCU closes. During such times, please call us before venturing out to ensure we are open for business.
